#Nomnom : Health food at Cafe Pranah

Love yourself enough to lead a healthy lifestyle

How difficult is it to love your body and satiate your soul at the same time? It is certainly not as difficult as it seems. With the uprising of a whole new different genres of Cafés in the city, the dwellers have huge options of selecting their platters. Cafe Pranah is one such revolutions in this upcoming Café culture. The first health cafe in Kolkata, Pranah promises health food that indulges one’s taste buds and soul.

Rahul Arora, the man behind this ingenious cafe has curated a menu which has everything from Nachos to Figs and Date Kulfi, all absolutely guilt-free. He sets an example of how eating right can keep you healthy and fit (he has lost 30 kilos by simply eating a balanced diet).

Café Pranah is coming up with a live cooking session by none other than Rahul himself, on the first Sunday of each month. The bloggers of Kolkata attended the very first session and were inspired. Also present was dancer and makeup expert, Sreenanda Shankar, daughter of Tanusree Shankar. Sreenanda, along with Rahul narrated their journey to weight loss and healthy living. “I take care of the three ‘C’s when I cook health food”, says Rahul, “Calories (obviously), Color and Crunch.”
