Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.-Coco Chanel
For me fashion is all about reflecting my culture in the way I dress. Fashion for me is vivid and grand, like the rich cultural heritage of my country. Being a proud Indian, I leave no chance to dress myself in ethnic attires and get decked up in the “desi essence”. Last Sunday, one such social gathering got me all decked up in my age old “Anarkali” which had been lying in my closet since long.
This happened to be a buy from the last year’s Pantaloons sale. I remember falling in love with the rich color and grabbed the one and only piece lying there. I was lucky enough to find it of my size and thus ended up being the proud owner of the piece.
Rings, being my latest obsession got it’s place as a statement piece along with this attire. I’ll write about my entire ring-collection soon.
To summarize my look, I’m wearing:
Anarkali suit: Miss Unique, Pantaloons
Golden stilettos: Catwalk
Clutch: New Market
Ring: Local exhibition
It’s time I get back to my “coding-business”. I’ll be back soon with another exciting post. Till then stay smiling and stylish.
