High Street Market

Last evening was spent at The High Street Market via Moda at Shisha. I was invited by Anupriya (remember my favorite blogger of this month?) to check out the Spring Summer 2013 collection of Howrah Bridge and by Rbit Jlt, the creative partner of the event. This being the first event of its kind for me, I was super excited. The place was full of surprises and I felt like a “Gossip Girl” character as I walked into the High Street Market flooded with chic stuff. There were clothes, accessories, shoes and what not! And each and everything screamed “FASHION”.

Out of all the glitz and glamour, I suddenly saw Anupriya waving frantically at me. She was showcasing the Howrah Bridge collection, the very sight of which made me fall in love. Clad in a quirky chic “Chashma” print top teamed with neon trousers, she looked like a million bucks. Coming to the collection, it had linen dresses in whacky prints, shrugs, jackets, and even sarees with pop art! I particularly loved the dresses and the sarees and the jackets (is there anything left?).

Check out some of the pictures from her collection.

I also loved quite many of the other stuff. “Knotty and Pretty” had really pretty hair accessories. “Tequela Rose” had a lovely collection of cocktail and party dresses.
